Investor Ethics

In the startup ecosystem, trust is the most valuable currency, and the investors and founders on Perfect Deal are prime examples of this.

Respect

As an investor, you should respect a founder’s time and his or her opinion on how the business should run even if funding is crucial for founders and serves as the foundation of your connection with them. Building trust with the founders requires doing this.

Observing the platform’s confidentiality provisions

By raising money, founders divulge private information, and there is an implicit amount of trust when it comes to pitching investors that the information would remain private.

As a platform, we would strongly advise against disclosing private information about a firm to third parties without permission or informing the founder in advance if you have invested in a rival business.

A good investor-founder relationship is built on trust, which goes both ways.

Helping entrepreneurs prosper despite all odds

Enterprise is challenging. Only an enabler, capital.

Investing is an extremely challenging and protracted process.

The ideal method to establish a strong investor-investee relationship is to assist founders with connections, advice, hiring recommendations, and other services.

This merely contributes to the creation of a far more positive, cooperative, and healthy ecology in which we are all working to ensure its success.

We take pride in being openly transparent. Asterisks are not present.

At Perfect Deal, we serve founders and prioritise the security of our investors. All of our actions and decision-making are guided by this idea.

Our team and platform will make sure that we are always available to help entrepreneurs and investors when they need it.

We continuously work to make sure that both our business practises and finished goods are as transparent as feasible. We always appreciate hearing from you so that we can proactively address any concerns that investors have.
